Why is it that my male friend that is in his 20's has no leg hair and arm hair, he said he never really grow leg or arm hair, and he barely has to shave!.

This isn't particularly a bad thing!. It's in his genes, he perhaps doesn't produce enough testosterone!. Some people are just genetically or naturally hairless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some guys are genetically programmed to be hairy, others hairless!. I am not very hairy myself and what I do have is extremely light blonde!. There is nothing wrong with him!. Most people prefer hairless now days anyway, so it is probably a good thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
