Don't wear clothes that'll have your testes too close to the body!. Too much heat can decrease your sperm count!. There are foods that I've heard incrase sperm count, I'm not sure, but you can research this!. Make sure to keep healthy and keep your body in good shape so your body can produce healthy sperm!.
