The loose anus is not the symptom of anal sex!. This could happen because hard stool pass ( Gastric problem )!.
Pl!. visit the Doctor for other problems and let him find out the reason !. Doctor out right can not confirm the reason of loose anus!.

I think you could have an educated guess but I don't think his doctor will care either way! I don't think you could 100% conclusively tell! Tell him to stop worrying and get his piles seen too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
