after every stroke to prevent germ, hair, and shaving cream build up on the blade!. If you don't the further the razor will be from your skin and you will not have a close cut!.
just fill you sink 3/4 -1/2 full of water

After every stroke of the razor!. Keeps the blade fresh - sorta!. If you rinse it after you are done shaving (like only rinse it once), it will be clogged with hair and will not shave as efficiently, and may catch/bite the skin and cause nicks/cuts/irritation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
every stroke that way its clean and if you dont after every stroke it starts to get messed up and harder to shave so clean it and you wont have that problemWww@Answer-Health@Com
