Me and my boyfriend have been going out for bout 3 months and I was just wondering!.!.!.
He is short and scrawny!. (13) Do you think has started puberty!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes he has if you have noticed if his voice is changing!. If you notice that he has some hairs under his armpit then certainly he is but puberty differs for many boys!. I still don't have any hair anywhere yet but my voice is changing a bit and I'm also short and scrawny too!.

Well I was really little for a while and then I grew about 7 inches over the summer so don't worry about it, he just my have not started growing yetWww@Answer-Health@Com
