My left testicles has and feels like alot of veins that lumped together!.!.!.!. and my left testicle hurts SOMETIMES and never my right!. Why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its callled Variocele!. its when the veins in the left testicle get swollen from backed up valves!. it sounds scary but it is usually harmless!. but you should get the doctor to check it out

You should get checked out by a doctor!. I had a similar condition and it wasn't really serious--it was like varicose veins, which went away with proper support (rather tight underwear)!. But don't try to treat this yourself; you could have an inflamation called, something like epidydimitis or something like that (I'm not sure of the spelling) which is easy to treat!. It's probably something easily treated, but you need to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would most likely get that checked out by a doctor!. It could be a hand full of things, a bump, a cyst, a tumor!. you will never know until you get it checked!.!.!.I hope its nothing serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Growing!.!. Before you know it, they will grow into themselves!.!. And be the size of bowling balls!. Testicles are really veiny too I think!.!. Thats probabally why it hurts so bad to get racked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
