Question: Underweight with stomach fat!?
I am a male, age 15, height- 5ft 1" and i weight 7 stone (apparently i am underweight) , but my stomach looks fat!? what should i do!? leave the stomach how it is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

tyr doing some stomach crunches everyday!. Get a ab workout plan and stick with it!. I'm 5'6 and 130, my stomach always pokes out so i just work on the stomach area!. get some ab's lose the flab!. LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com
Your stomach is probably bloated through lack of food!.Build your food intake up,gradually,when you reach a healthy weight,then you can concentrate on exercise if the tum is still pouched!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Running biking and swimming will make you loose that fat in that area:but it can be a real sign of being way to thin:then you get bloated as well!.
Increase the intake of carbs and fat and fruit and vegetables!.

Any kind of fat can only be burnt off by cardio exercises!. Crunches etc will strengthen/tone the stomach muscles but not lose the fat!. Try running, skipping etc until you lose the stomach fat, and then start weight & toning exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
