How do i prevent Crotch Area from getting sore from running?!


Question: How do i prevent Crotch Area from getting sore from running!?
After I run a mile or so on a treadmill, The area around my crotch gets sore from all the rubbing together!. Is there something I can put on the area like a cream or powder to reduce the frictionWww@Answer-Health@Com

You may want to start wearing boxer briefs instead of regular boxer shorts and/or tighty whities to prevent that soreness from starting in the first place!. Trust me on this one!. What you're doing now is rubbing skin on skin from both inner thighs touching!. You don't want that!! Boxer briefs will prevent that!.

Powder will work, but you shouldn't have to keep using it every time you get off the treadmill!.

And of course, wash that area good in the shower!.

Yeah, talcum powder works!. There's also a product out there that they say works well-- it's called Sport Wax!. You put it on to prevent chaffing!. People say it keeps away blisters, jock itch, and that nasty area you get from running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
