Question: Vit E while on an SSRI!? (Phimosis question)!?
following up from a question i asked yesterday, i was told vitamin E may help with phimosis, and i bought some today!. Only concern is i take an SSRI, Paxil, and wondered if it were ok to take both!? Also, the vitamin E tablets i got say they contain 670% of my RDA per tablet!. Is this safe to be taking daily!?

It should not affect the depressants you take!. I'd see your GP just to make sure!. The vitamin E should be rubbed onto the foreskin, not taken orally, as it has skin specific properties when applied like that!.You will find it's cheaper/more cost efficient to buy cream, as it will last longer, and using this method it will need to be done continuously as it is only a temporary measure!. The RDA is only a measure, that amount is safe, but usually such a high amount is just taken by people severely lacking vitamins!. Instead I'd try normal vitamin tablets which contain an even amount of different vitamins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That level of vitamin E is safe but I am not sure if it will help with phimosis if taken by mouth!. Vitamin E applied topically might work better to make the skin more elastic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Phimosis can be corrected without surgery!. Gradually stretching the opening will eventually allow retraction of the foreskin!. Circumcision is a drastic mutilation of the penis which causes numerous complications---don't let them do it to you!. Should the stretching not work, then a small slit can be cut in the foreskin to allow for retraction, but don't let them cut off your foreskin, it isn't necessary!.
Complications from circumcision include possibility of gangrene, infection, removal of too much skin can cause painful erections and distortion of erections, lack of sensitivity ranging from about 50% diminished sensitivity to a complete lack of sensitivity!. Some unfortunate individuals have had their glans amputated during this barbaric and totally unneccesary procedure!.
