Question: Overweight need help!?
im 13 and i eventually want to get a six pack but want one fast!. any tips tell me i do not want to take pills!. how can i lower metabolism!. what are some good exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK, I'm going to sound like a lawyer about this, but heres what you should do!. Get a personal trainer!. Make sure you can quit at any time, since some people make you go for a couple months!. anyway, tell him what you wan and work with him for a couple sessions!. Then, quit, and just do what he told you, for way cheaper!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at 13 concentrate on general exercises plus lots of walking or running and the like!. Also make sure you eat nutritious foods including lots of fresh fruits and veggies!. And you need ample sleep, lots of fresh air and sunshine!.

go to the gym and get a personal trainer for a week or so, they are usually cheap at Planet Fitness!. He/She will be the best one to tell you what you can do to meet your goal, other people here will give you exercises that might not work, but a trainer will definitely give you the best exercises!.
