It's a blocked hair follicle , yes , it does look like a zit !. It will probably disappear by it self ; but if it's sore and an obvious pustule , squeeze it and put some disinfectant or healing cream !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if its a zit squeese it and make the white stuff come out and if you shave ur ball it might be an ingrownt= hair and in that case it will not go away until the hair is out i suggest using an neddle for that oneWww@Answer-Health@Com
