Generally, penis size doesn't vary that much between races when erect!. The average erect penis length is just over 5" for Asians, 6" for Caucasians, and 7" for Blacks!.
The reason that the racial stereotypes are so inflated is more due to the difference in average flaccid length between the races!. Asian guys seem to have very small penises when flaccid and blacks tend to have large penises when flaccid!. The difference between a 1" flaccid penis and a 5" flaccid penis looks dramatic and it's easy for people to generate stereotypes based on that!.
What people don't take into consideration is that generally the larger a penis is when flaccid, the less it grows when erect and vice versa, so in the end, they come close to evening out!.
