How to produce more & more SPERMS?!


Question: How to produce more & more SPERMS!?
Well, I have lost a lot of sperms/semen!. I am 29 now!. Physically fit, but I feel that I have less quantity of sperms inside me!. Now, I want to produce more and more sperms for enjoying healthy and sexful life!.
Would anyone like to please give me idea to produce spems in huge quantity!. Any diet, exercise, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it might be as a result of constant practice of masturbation :s now you have to take certain steps to increase your productivity
1- quick smoking, drinking and frequent masturbating
2- eat healthy, eat light ! fruits and vegetables are recomended! have lots of them! especially green veggies!!! don't eat banana! it will make you fat
3- consume more of dairy products! milk before going to bed, yogurt after meal! but should be skimmed otherwise you will gain weight
4- sleep early! lets say by 11pm you must be snoring!!!
5- wake up early! have morning walks! eat apples in morning! NO caffine!!!!!!!
6- make workout your habbit! but excessive workouts are not recommended! it will make you tired!!
7- don't worry too much!!! don't take stress alot! if you are on job where you get lot of ****! then try stress releasing excersices! :)
8- age 29 is young age! you still have 12-13 good years to come where you may start family and have kids! ;)

The usual, a reasonable diet, skipping nothing (except cigarettes and booze) and avoiding excess!. Exercise helps in a general way but only indirectly!. There is no specific diet or vitamin that will increase sperm production!.

Wear loose underwear, avoid hot water (the reason you have a scrotum at all, with balls outside of your body, is to keep the temperature beneath 80 degreesF!.)!.

Frequent orgasm encourages sperm production and keeps the general population of sperm healthy and young!. If you are trying to get someone pregnant you may want to avoid orgasm for a day or two before the attempt at fertilization but otherwise the more often the better!.

People do not feel the lack of sperm, or even a slight shortfall of semen!. You may be feeling the lack of testosterone!. After the highs of adolescence testosterone production starts a slow drop!. Most people then a have a marked drop somewhere near their 50's but this sudden drop can occur earlier or later!.This can be made up with synthetic testosterone shots or certain steroids!. Second, keep the temperature down there cool!. If you can give yourself some naked time every day or don't mind sitting on ice, you will stimulate production!.
