You ask one yourself:just make an appointment with another GP then yours!.
They check :blood pressure,lung functions,sight,hearing,if your nuts descended etc etc !.
It is no big deal at all!.
But they can find early signs of diseases so better treatable!.

Early signs is early cure if you have something that only the doctors will know!. An annual one is the best way to insure you are OK!. Most company's and schools upon entry require physical exams and drug testing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
