Question: Can i get abs!? Very skinny!!!!?
Ok i am 14 and i weigh 102!.5 pounds!.!.!. I am something like 5''4'
And i really wont to work out and get some muscle!.
1!.) Can i get abs if i'm skinny!?
2!.) I do crunches and stuff like that everyday
3!.) How can i get abs fast!?

Yeah im like you!. What i did was lie with my back on the floor!. Raise your legs and start rotating your legs like your cycling a bike!. Do it for about a minute, should kill your abs!. But soon you'll see the results!. Also combine this with sit-ups and crunches!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mate- f*** that! A previous boyfriend was in your position!. V!. skinny, but he wanted to build himself up a bit!. Start with CV exercise (Cardio-vascular)- running, rowing, cycling!.!.!.this is to build up your general fitness!. Whilst doing this, build up your weights!. Start really small, and gradually (and I mean gradually) work your way up to larger weights!.
I must warn you: feeling pain!? Drop it!. Walk away!. Gentle exercise!. Rest!.
And!.!.!.don't go too big!. It takes a while to build muscle!. Don't be stupid!
Finally, diet!. BIG factor- eat plenty of lean meats (including lean red meats), lots of dark green vegetables, nuts, and pulses!. But, of course, this is on top of a balanced diet: huge amounts of fruit and veg!., huge amounts of carbohydrates too, and lots of water!

You're on the right track! stick to the crunches!.
Being skinny will make your abs more pronounced, so you have the perfect canvas already!.
