Question: Is this a good workout!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Is this a good work out!?
85 push ups
90 sit ups
30 crunches
is this a good workout!?
is this a good workout before bed!?
its what i have been doing for the past week
i am13 year old
5'2 110lbs

what type of results will i see!?

Answers:
if the push ups are 85 in a row, no cause then your not going down enough!. If they are split up, thats good!. If you want ab, i recommend doing planks, which is holding your self up on your toes and forearms without letting your core sink or rise, flat body!. I play high school football, before we lift (3x a week) we do 30 push up, 30 crunch w/ feet in air(or planks) and we do that three times!.(3 minutes total nonstop) THE KEY IS WHEN DOING PUSH UPS!.!.!.HOLD IT RATHER THAN LET YOUR KNEES HIT THE FLOOR!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i can guarantee that you won't be seing the results right away!. it takes time!. and i bet a lot of the times you're probably going to be too sleepy to do those exercises!. but those are really good for you!. if you can do those every night, wow!. that's great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots of protein and drink between 2 to 3 liters of water a day and you'll be fine!.
