Lump under nipple, Feels wierd, Help?!

Question: Lump under nipple, Feels wierd, Help!?
Ok firstly im male,
Since about 11-13 I got a lump under my LEFT nipple, after a month or so it went away, then later I got 2 lumps but this time under both my nipples, When I layed on my stomach they hurted so I ***** (but sometimes I ended up waking up on a particular side of my stomach),anyway, the lump under myRIGHT nipple went away after about 5 months I think(maybe a bit longer) but im now 18 and the lump under my LEFT nipple is still there, If I remember correct it doesnt hurt as much as it used to but it does feel wierd when I press it or put Pressure on it, Also it feels really wierd when I sleep on it,(doesnt hurt like it used to) but I still dont sleep on it as its uncomfortable, Today I noticed that I can feel something going on and thought Id post here because I dont no what to do, I went to my doctor a few days ago and we(and the dorcotr) couldnt feel the lump but its there sometimes,
Is their any doctors on this site!?
I can upload pic if needed, Thx in advanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go get a mammogram just to be on the safe side!. If all is clear there probably just going to tell you to apply a warm compress to the area twice a day for 30 minutes at a time to loosen up whatever buildup is in there!. If you can stand it, apply the warm compress and then slit the bump to drain it!. Your doctor can do this also if your not comforable doing it yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 13 and have the exact same problem!.!.!. I went to the doctor and had the same thing left then it went away and then both nipples!.!.!. The doctor said that 1/3 guys experience it and that its just a hormonal thing and that since you are still 18 I predict it'll go away when you reach full maturity!.!.!. Thanks I hope I helped!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
