Yes, you will still have orgasms-everything other than release of sperm is same!. You still will produce seminal fluid and ejaculate!. The two-vasectomy and orgasm- are not related unless a nerve gets damaged during the operation or there is a psychological issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
