That dreaded part of the male physical, where the doctor has to squeeze your "boys" and he tells you to turn your head and cough!. I get the coughing purpose!.!.!. but what's the point of turning your head!?

The doctor does not squeeze the testicles he feels them slightly for firmness and size and then he puts a finger over the opening of the inquinal canal and ask you to cough to see if you have a hernia there!.
