Question: My ball sack is red and itches!?!?!?
yes my ball sack is RED only my sack , and it seems dryish and it itches badly!.
like its a pain full itch too, out of no where it will feel like pins and needles pokeing it makeing it itch lol!.
ive been puttin Aloe lotion on my sack to help the dryness, but its still REAL RED like red crayon red, and still itches!.
i stoped wearin boxeers cause i thought they might of been to tight or something so i just been wearing baggy gym shorts to let them get some air!.

Dude it may be jock itch and your irritating it by scratching!. go to the store and buy some lotrimin AF powder spray from the athlete foot department the lotrimin will take care of the Fungi on your junk and the powder will help keep it dry wash your nuts real good with a antibactral soap then dry them good spray them down hopfull y in a few days it will be better!. make sure you were a clean pair of shorts ev ery day!. the lotrimin AF is for athlete foot but it also takes care of jock itch Your nuts!. and it isnt as embarassing to buy athlete foot stuff than jock itch stuff

Definetly sounds like severe jock itch!. all the extra detail wasn't necessary!. Continue applying lotion, but also try to keep the testicles dry!. After a shower, put powder on them then apply the lotion or vis versa!. It might take a while to clear up so keep wearing baggy gym shorts or just wear boxers whenever you don't need to go anywhere!.
