Running- about an hour a day 10 min running 10 min walking
Situps- 100 a day
Pushups- The best, 100 in morning 100 at night
Activities like a sport or something tell him he should hang out with friends and play sports with them

tuna
protien bars
oatmeal
fruits
veggies
