first do 50
then do 5 sets of 20-30
then do 3 sets of 15-20 push ups with your feet on a chair so you're at a 45 degree angle!.
rest about 20-30 seconds between all your sets
after this you'll be pumped, sore, and tired!.
drink a whey protein shake right after this
2 hours after your protein shake, eat chicken breast, brown rice, and broccoli!.
do this every other day
drink your protein shakes every day!. 2 shakes a day

30 wen you wake up, 20 around 5h, and another 30 before you go to bed, this should do it!. if you think its to much just do it 4 days a week, if it doesnt work increse more 5push ups every 2weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
As many as you can handle and gradually try to increase, but dont do them everyday!. You need to give your muscles time to heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try to see what you can handle:take that as starting point and increase it every second day!.But no more then 100 in a few series of sets!.

i do between 100 and 150 a day and i do two sets of 40 and between 2-4 sets of 20Www@Answer-Health@Com
