Question: Washing car shirtless!?
I am a average built guy!. I am not fat but I also don't have a body bulging with muscles!. I am average!. Would it be appropriate for me to wash my car shirtless!. Should I really be worried about doing this!? I know this is a weird question but I have always felt funny about taking my shirt off in public!. I am trying to get over this phobia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that you should go ahead and wash your car without a shirt on and be proud of what you have!. There is nothing to be ashamed of!. Every one is a little different, but we are all basically the same!. The best way to overcome any phobia is to do what it is that you are afraid of!. It may not be easy at first and you might feel very uncomfortable, but after what should be a short while, you should be fine with it!. It is perfectly fine that you wash your car shirtless!. I wash my car shirtless as well and I am not muscular!. Washing the car shirtless can help you overcome the shirtless phobia in the public!. Next, you can try do your yard work shirtless too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wash my car shirtless all the time!. I don't think it is a big deal!. I'm not built the way I want to be right now, but I'm working on it!. I'm a strong believer in getting over phobias, so i say go for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
