Answers:
Sit in warm water and try to pull it back as far as you can:not when you have an erection of course:clean it real well!.
Then try to put baby oil on the tip and massage that in:get a hard on and try to retract your skin till it hurts:hold that 5 minutes like that:This is a way to stretch the skin:repeat this daily, till you can fully retract with a hard on

Good for you---circumcision causes irreversable damage to the penis and vastly diminished sensitivity!. There are absolutely no benefits to circumcision except to the doctors' bank accounts and religious groups that try to impose this unnatural mutilation on others!.

Your condition is called phimosis!. If you type in phimosis on your browser you will find information on it, and also treatments for it which don't involve the mutilation of circumcision!.

More than likely, you will be able to do some stretching of the foreskin opening, gradually and gently so as not to tear the tissue or the muscular ring in the opening!. You should be able to do this, but if it doesn't work, there are other alternatives!.

There is a device called a glansie, which can help to enlarge the opening also!. Should none of these work, a small slit can be surgically cut vertically through the foreskin opening to enlarge it and allow for retraction, called a "mandarin cut!."

Most doctors will try to circumcise you; they want to use any excuse, but don't let them!. There is also NO CIRC that you can contact, and there is Doctors Opposing Circumcision, or DOC, and they probablly could reccommend a doctor, who wouldn't try to pressure you into mutilation!.

You are lucky to not have been mutilated!. I was and I'm restoring my foreskin!. Most American men don't realize how they've been cheated out of the intense sensitivity and much stronger orgasms because they only have partial penises!. Europeans, Asians and Hispanics are smarter, they won't allow doctors and religious influences to lie to them about the so-called benefits of male genital mutilation!.

Good luck, and enjoy your foreskin; that's why you have it!.

"If God had wanted me to have a foreskin, I would have been born with one!."
One individual I know was circumcised at 18 and he said:
Sex with a foreskin is a 10
Sex circumcised is a 3
Sex with a restored foreskin is a 7Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have what is called phimosis!. Its not serious and happens to many kids!. You have to stretch the foreskin to allow it to be pulled back over the glans (head) when it is hard, erected!. I am a teen counselor and this is a typical question I get!.
The best way is to stretch the foreskin against the hard glans (head), a little bit every day pulling back on it until it hurts a little, but not too hard as to injure the skin!.
Here's an idea that might help!. Before you get it hard and pull the skin, put a few drops of olive oil or baby oil on the head!. That will make it slide easier!. Do not use soap or shampoo or lotion!. They are caustic and burn the tender skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your foreskin's probably just a little too tight!.
This is surprisngly common and can be self-treated at home in private, without even needing to see a doctor, let alone getting circumsized!.
It involves stretching the foreskin (ideally in the bath) to make it easier to retract!. Be patient, because it may take several weeks, but it will be worth it in the end!.

Try pulling it back when in the shower every day and if you still cant after a few weeks try contacting a doctor about the issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
