Ok, heres how it goes:
I'm 12, and when I masturbate I dont ejaculate while having an orgasm!. About 3 mins after I have finished - BAM! I c*m!.
Also, when I ejaculate, It isnt all white, its more of a sticky watery semeny substance!. It isnt pee, but I kow It isnt semen either, but its all sticky and gooey and drips down my penis like semen!.

Don't know about the delayed reaction!. But the fluid is semen, you just aren't producing sperm yet!. The sperm is what gives it the white color!. Everything will come together soon as you continue to mature!. Good luck!.
