Adding cardio to weight training?!


Question: Adding cardio to weight training!?
I am trying to bulk up, i do heavy weight training 3 times a week on every major muscle eccept my abs(will work on those when i lose fat) I want to lose my fat!. Should i do cardio in between my weight training (eg wieghts on monday, cardio on tueday, weihts on a wednesday, cardio on a thursday) or should i do cardio on same day as my weight training(monday, wednesday and saturday) if so should i do it just after my weights just before or in the morning before i get breakfast!. I do my weights at about 8:00pmWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should do the cardio about three times a week but keep it to around 20 minutes and no more!. Too much cardio and you will cancel out the weight training you are doing and you won't get as big!.
