my scrotum is red, itchy, a bit sore and smelly, what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like Jock Itch!. It's pretty much the same as athelet foot but on your private areas!.
Throughly wash it with soap and water!. Make sure you rinse very well to get the soap off!. Make certain to dry the area!. You can use a blowdryer on a warm setting to help!. Apply an antifungal (Jock Itch) product like: Lamisil, Lotrimin or Desenex!. Depending on the brand you can get cream, spray, powder or liquid!. The spray is easiest to apply!. The cream and powder require you to spread them around with your hands!. Follow the directions on the product!. Which ever you choose wash your hands well after applying!. This should start to give you some relief very soon!.
If you see no improvement in a couple of days
or if it gets worse, stop using the product and see your doctor!.

It could also be a reaction to your clothes!. Has anything changed recently!? Laundry soap!? Bleach!? New undies!?

That could be jock itch!.!. it's the same thing that you get on your feet!.!.!. a fungus!.!. you need to treat it with tinea powder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
