Think about it, when you lotion up after a show you usually don't put any on your penis!. Of course it can get dry!. Start moisterizing it along with the rest of you to eliminate the problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can get dry skin on any skin you have especially in winter in cold climates where the humidity is low!. Also it may be caused by soaps or the like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
