I assume you mean it's pushing out on your pants and people can see it that way, not that your pants are transparent!.
I have the same problem and it depends on which pants I wear!. Different ones are made differently!. When I buy pants I always have to try them on to see how they hang!. Heavier jeans are much better than thin dress pants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why are you hiding it!. if you have a normal healthy penis that works well, what do you care if we all notice your nice bulge!. All of us guys have penises and most of the gals want them so it's nothing to be embarassed about!.
Of course if you are
a) wearing see-thorough pants you might want to change!.
b) wearing really tight pants you can loosen up some
c) running around with your zipper open you can close it!.
unless you are actually advertising your equipment and like those methods of displaying it and are just pretending to be shy!.
And one last point - most people do not walk around studying guy's crotches so probably very few woudl even take much notice of your penis bulging some in your pants unless you are constantly trying to hide it in which case you are drawing their attention to yoru crotch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of guys show a bulge , even those that are not huge !. If it is really worrying you , although it really should not , then make sure you wear good fitting (not tight !!) briefs under slightly loose fitting trousers Some guys will rey to make themselves look bigger by sticking things like a sock in thier pants !!
At 14 virtually all guys are self conscious about their body and in particular their private parts , so you are not alone and are perfectly normal in all ways !. Just relax man and get rid of the jumper unless it is cold !!Www@Answer-Health@Com
