How do bodybuilders lose fat without losing muscle?!


Question: How do bodybuilders lose fat without losing muscle!?
I've been lifting weights for 2 months and have built up my muscle but now I want to get rid of some excess fat without losing this muscle!. (ie!. treadmill running for long distance isn't going to do it)!.

Any ideas from people with knowledge/experience/intelligence!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What they do is, they lower their carb intake and start eating much more proteine so they keep the muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im not a bodybuilder but I work out contsantly for athletics, I suggest eating healty calories, cut out everything uneeded for the a while so that the fat can be consumed by muscles without having to burn excess calories first!. For the workout, try running,sprinting, or work out longer with less weights and more body usage ex squats, lunges, pushupsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Exersize, and work out!.
eat a healthy diet with a variety of protien, vitamins, fruit, and veggies!.
don't starve yourself, the more you excersize, the more you need calories (units of energy)!. Eat until your full and burn of the calories your eating, plus more to burn off fat!.
If your not active you should eat less, because your not burning so much!.

Muscle and fat are 2 totally different things!. People think they are the same thing but they are not!. Keep doing the weights like you usually do and add some cardio to lose fat!. You should think about getting a trainer!. I have a trainer and they are so helpful!. I have seen great results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle does not turn into fat, and vice versa!.

Bodybuilders typically eat a very restricted diet overloaded in protein but with near zero carbohydrates!. Actually, cardio is a great way to burn fat, and having more muscle will help your body work more efficiently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
