Help, I haven't exercised in 5 years?!


Question: Help, I haven't exercised in 5 years!?
I have gained 50 lbs but still have a lot of muscle mass!. I use to weight train and bike!.

I need motivation!.!.!.something to get me off my lazy bum!.!.!.!.Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Welcome back, start slowly!.
If your on the young side, a doctor or phys-trainer isn't needed!. Just go easy for the first two weeks!. Your body will tell you when to step-it-up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First!.!.!.go see a doctor to get the all-clear before you start a fitness regime!.

Keep in mind that with that kind of weight gain you could cause coronary damage with too much exercise too soon!.

Motivation- Type 2 diabetes!. It will ruin your way of life and kill you!.

As far as exercise!.!.!.maybe find a group exercise scheme!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you join a fitness center, find a trainer who is willing to work with you!.

The trainer will help you set some realistic goals and keep you accountable for reaching those goals
