That depends!. If your only drinking each others urine and nothing else you will get toxic effects (your body needs to excrete that stuff)!. Make sure that you only drink occasionly and not all the time!
Most urine is steril and very few, if any viruses are transported in urine!. Of coarse there are exceptions, so you should watch out for the spread of STD's, etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
