Definition in Abs?!


Question: Definition in Abs!?
So i've been working out and i do six inches and other ab exercises, but all i'm getting is a hard stomach, not the definition!. basically can't tell that i'm working it out!.!.!.any ideas of exercises i can do with barbell/weight bench/body weight/dumbbell!? thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your body fat needs to be down below 8% for visible abs!. Most men are not genetically predisposed for such low levels of body fat and therefore diet is absolutely critical!. Just working out is never going to get them for most blokes!.

Also, please note that it takes a couple of years to get the kind of definition you probably have in mind!.!.!. but don't let that discourage you!.!.!. keeping yourself looking hawt is a lifetime decision!.

If you are into working out, it is a good idea to work the large muscle groups!.!. bent over rows, squats, lunges, deadlifts, benchpress, lat pull downs, chin ups, push ups, !.!.surprisingly all these work your core strength !.!.!. and more muscle mass means you will burn more fat of that gut!. Do these core groups 3 times a week!.!.!. and slip in 100 consecutive crunches every day!.!.!. just to keep that stomach firm!.

Besides, visible abs look pretty weak unless there's a great chest, shoulders and and butt to match them!.

Keep your cardio down to a couple sessions a week!.!.!. any more than that and you start to burn off the muscle mass you are trying to induce to grow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to do cardio to get definition to show abs!. running is the most popualr cardio exercize but their are a lot more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

he is right, for definition to show you have to have no body fat on your stomache, so hit the tread millWww@Answer-Health@Com
