Question: How can I lose weight!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
OK, to begin with my name is Albert!. I spend about 4 days a week in the gym!. I work-out my entire body, I'm training to become a body builder!.

My question is, how do I lose weight!. I train so much, I just can't keep my weight down!.

stop eating a lot to reduce your weight!.another solution is follow this

take a glass of warm water,add one or two spoons of honey&then squeez few drops of lime!.stir it well!.

drink this every morning without fail before your breakfast&before your bedcoffee!.within 3 months you can see a big suprise!.

don't train so much, tho that won't change much!. Eat less, will weight less, that's only advice!. When you build up your body, it gains weight cos it's muscles and they aren't from feathers so your weight ads up!. Eat less, will loose some mass and will weigh less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
