First of all it is semen, not sperm!. Semen is is a combination of fluids from secreted by parts of you system!. It's job is to transport and keep sperm healthy!.
Semen is like the white of an egg!. It varies in consistency among different men!.
White is OK as is milky and semi transparent!.
I do not understand what ejaculating has to do with "having a hard time when im going to sleep"!.
