Question: Puberty help!.!?
I am 13 year old male and have large tumor like rocks underneath both of my nipples and they hurt when they are hit or squeezed!. Is this related to my body changing!. If so what are they!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry! It is completely normal!. Men have a sort of "gland" under the skin of the nipple, sort of like women do!. It is just left over from fetal development in all males!. If you do get great amounts of pain, though, I would tell your parents, and see what they think! ; )Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need to see a doctor to evaluate this!. This isn't normal and could indicate some problem!. Tell your parents and go to the doctor!.
