It is normal for the left testicle to hang a little lower in the scrotum than the right testicle but I believe that it can be in reverse for some guys which is not a problem!.
If it is 'smaller' as you say you might want to check with a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some also 'hang' lower on one side!.!.!.!.some have a long scrotum (ball sac) some are tighter and closer to the Body!.!.!.!.EVERY Guy is different!.!.!.!.!.!.sometimes, in Gym or the Showers you'll see a Buds same as yours while others are!.!.!.!.way differentWww@Answer-Health@Com

Not everything is the same size!. this includes boob, eyes, nostrils, and balls!. This could be normal, but if it's a lot different, then you might have cancer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i guess cause the left one is hanging more than the right one which is slightly tight!.its natural!.!.!.!.!.!. but if any pain is there or any lumps do consult your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
