The prostrate could!.!.!.!.one of the two ways to remove the prostrate unfortunately involves cutting through the main muscle leading to the base of the penis!. For this reason this method is very rarely used!.
For a cancer that had spread, as this one seems to be, they would have used the other method, as they'd have had to open up more, to see where the cancer had spread!. So this should leave the penis still functional!.
Erection problems in this case are more likely from feeling miserable about the situation, than physical!. With practice, it should come back quite well!.

the answer is that easy!. you're talking about a number of systems that work together in some ways and are at the same time working separately in other ways!. the main concern is being able to have erections after prostate surgery!. a number of men have a lot of difficulty getting or maintaining erections because specific nerves that help stimulate and maintain erections are destroyed or damaged during that specific surgery!. there are things that can be done to help with the issue!. drugs like Viagra don't always work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
