Question: How can I tell if I am losing my hair!?
I'm 22 and have had long thick hair for a while!.!. I have a few grays but now every time I wash my hair I have alot on the shower floor!.!. I can run my hands through it and have 1 to 2 strands each time!.!. At my hair line my hair is considerably shorter!.!. I can't tell if I'm just now noticing this or if it's receding!.!.
What should I do!? Is the hair gene on the mothers side, if so I should be safe!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a myth that your hair gene comes from your mothers side!. it can come from either side!.
It is perfectly normal to lose a few hairs every day!.!.!. it doesn't mean that you are going bald!. Every man, woman and child lose hair!.
Just watch the hair line and see what is happening over time!.!.!.!. if there is a freckle or mole near your hair line see if your hair is receeding from it over time!.
If you are receeding there's really nothing you can do!.!.!. accept it as part of being a guy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
