Weight Lifting??!


Question: Weight Lifting!?!?
I am 122lbs!. and i want to get ripped i want to get bigger muscles!. I have many questions!. #1 Should i be lifting weights if im only 13!. #2 if i do liftweights i dont want to lift them standing up so i wont get short or stay short so how should i do them!? #3 Is it true that eating a raw egg (white part) gives you bigger muscles along with working out!? #4 if you want to see my pic of me shirtless email me at licon_o@yahoo!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com

you can lift when you are 13, but take it easy and dont hurt yourself because if you get hurt young it can screw you up bigtime!.

standing is fine!. at this level, i doubt you can lift enough to damage your spine and reduce you height!. no offense!.

yes, because they have protein!.if you want a better way, though, drink protein shakes!. they taste better than raw eggs :)

1) if you think you are physically ready for weight lifting then go for it!.

2) it doesn't matter!. whatever is most comfortable!.

3) yes, protein will help to increase your muscle size which that white part of the egg has in it!.

First of all, don't give out your address or post your picture!.

If you are ready to lift weights, start off slow!. You won't get "ripped" right away!. It won't hurt you to lift standing up!. Also, find a different source of protein, don't eat raw eggs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
