I've never heard of briefs affecting the angle of erection, but circumcision frequently distorts and bends erection, partially because they almost always remove too much skin--evidently doctors don't yet realize that the penis increases in length and thickness during erection!.
But maybe your problem isn't that bad!. Penises differ tremendously in size, appearance and the angle of erection and curve!.
If you have doubts about your penis, you need to see a doctor and determine if there is really a problem, and if there is a possibility of treatment!. Noone can diagnose your problem over a computer, without a proper examination!.
Every guy worries about his equipment, is it normal, is it large enough, etc!. Don't worry excessively until you get a professional opinion!. You may or may not actually have a problem!.

It has nothing to do with your underwear!. It will not effect sex unless it is severe -- like 45 degrees or more!.
Many penises bend up or down, that is normal!. IF the bend is extreme, see a doctor -- extreme bends can be caused because you are circumcised too tightly, or because of some correctable conditions!. Slight bends -- up to 30 degrees or so, are completely normal!.

It wasn't your undies which caused it, but genetics!. And a bendy penis *can* affect about one in four guys!. Some ppl find it cute or attractive!. It doesn't in any way affect performance, unless you have a severe bend - 45 degrees or more!.

I don't think there is anything wrong with you - although I've never met anyone with a bent penis!. I assume you have erections so does it not straighten out then!? if it stays bent whilst erect you wont have to worry about hurting your girlfriend, because it wont go up her!. Speak to your doctor he may have a solution!. I don't think your underwear could do that to you, maybe restrict!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.don't know sorry XWww@Answer-Health@Com
