It's so big he needs one shoe bigger than the other!.
He's recently taken to buying two pairs of shoes one pair a size 10 the other a size 12!.

You could try and scare him into getting it removed by telling him you'll burn it off while he's asleep -- and that at least he'll have a local anesthetic if he gets it removed properly!.!.!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
