Question: Needs Some Advice Based on my Health Results!.!?
I came back from a health consultation from a gym and the following were my results!. According to the trainer, I am:
169 lbs!.
29% Fat
49!.4 lbs of Fat Pounds
119!.6 Lean Pounds
52% Water Weight

Measurements:
Left and Right Arm - 13 inches
Chest - 37 inches
Waist - 36!.5 inches
Hips - 40 inches

Resting Heart Rate - 29 (Poor)
Level Heart Rate 8/169

I just don't know what to do!. I am so lost!. She tried to sell me personal training sessions and all I want is a routine to do!. My stomach is my biggest problem!. I am planning on loosing some weight by August 16!. I am just so lost at the moment!. I'm new to joining a gym and new to this stuff!. What do you think!? By the way, I'm 5'5 if that matters!. Your numbers are not good at all!. So, as of right now!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
NO MORE FAST FOODS!. Do 1500 calories a day!. Low fat--no more than 18 fat grahms a day (maybe 20)!. Drink lots of water: 32 oz!. in the morning between 9 and 10:30 and another 32 between 2 and 4:30!. Don't park close to store entrances--park as far away as possible and walk!. Use the stairs instead of the elevator!. Swim if you can!. Get a stationary bike and spend 1/2 hour a day at home on it, or get a real bike and ride that amount of time!. Now, you won't see results for about four weeks, but then you'll start to shed about 2 to 3 lbs!. a week!. No candy, ice cream, soda, cake, pie!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.nothing high calorie!. AND, ONLY weigh in once a week--no 'daily' checking!.

Oh, and see your doctor before starting this!. Just make sure that all is good with your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
