You should first do bulking!. This increases the mass of your muscles!. This is when you need to eat a lot (no junk food or fast food tho!.!.!.carbs and proteins are the most essential)!.
Then after you have bulked you will want to cut!. This brings out the definition of the muscles!. Cutting removes any fat which smoothes over many muscles (especially abs) obscuring their real shapes!.
Bulkin consists of lifting very heavy weights for very few reps!. And cuttin is just the opposite!.!.!.!.lower weight with high number of reps!. And cardio is also important to cutting as it burns off fat!.

to get lean and ripped muscle its all about repetition with lighter weights!. To get really big eat a ton of carbs, protein, egg whites, whole milk, pasta, fish, chicken (white meats) less fat and lean protein!. To get big and just put on pure bulk push yourself hard and start with light weights and work up to your max in short reps!. Alternate between upper body and lower body days for each workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
