yes, it is normal when i was 12 i could heck i could when i was 11 but ya you can you can actually produce sperm when you are born they just aren't alive when you hit puberty they well be swimming and living you might have a few alive when you are ten but the web site im looking at for these question doesn't not now because it has not had a child that you do a semen count in recording from a doctor visit but yes it is normalWww@Answer-Health@Com
