One thing that infomercials lie to us all the time about is spot reduction!. It doesn't work!. To lose stomach fat, you need to lost weight from everywhere!. One of the unfortunate things about being a guy is that we are genetically predisposed to store fat firstly on our stomachs!.

That's why sometimes you see people with massive beer guts but skinny legs!.

What you need to do is whole body exercise to get every muscle in your body burning fat but speeding up your metabolism!. The best exercises for this are front squats with a little weight, mountain climbers and interval sprint training!.

If you build the muscle, then the fat will melt!.

If you just want your stomach to look less puffy, give up eating junk food and eat more whole grains and raw fruits and veges!. Drink a lot of water and this will empty your intestines of all the rubbish that's been built up there for ages!.

A good natural supplement to take to help cleans your insides is aloe vera juice, at least 97% pure!. None of the sugary aloe vera drinks you can get at the supermarket, but the stuff from the health store where you only take 20ml before bed on an empty stomach and 20ml when you wake up in the morning on an empty stomach!.

I'm going through the same thing at the moment while I'm getting ready for my wedding in September!. I've been losting weight for a few months now and have dropped in total just over 50lbs!. i know this must nor be what u want to hear but you actually have to exersize!.
Do a lot of crunches and sit-up!. This will really help your abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start by doing 100 sit ups non stop then 4th week week 150 non stop and keep increasing slowly (daily though) and hold around 50 lb than do sit ups!.!.evan better!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont eat nothing but bread and water for a week straight, while doing crunches lol, it's called the poor mans dietWww@Answer-Health@Com
