Question: Dizziness after being on a boat!?
Ok i went on a boat for my first time and im 14 (yeah i know) and I have been dizzy for 2 days like I feel like im going side to side!.!. is this normal and can you give me tips on how to calm it down!. I have had no other symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably just get sea sick and motion sickness!. I would lay down with a cold cloth on your head and just take it easy!. Also try to do something that will take your mind off being on a boat!.

when your in a boat, look out, dont sit in a room or look down, keep looking at things that are moving!.
it's a defence mechanism, if you feel movement and dont see movement, your mind thinks that you have been poisoned and makes you feel dizzy or vomit!. if you look at somethink that is moving your mind knows that its all normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your sea sick and your equillbriam and the crystal in your ear are out of balance, there are some head moving exercises that will help get your body back in balance!. If not it should fix itself in a few days!. I would recommend going to to the doctor to get a trasderm sticker to put behind your ear before you go boating, they work great and have helped me in my water adventures!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
in two words--motion sickness! your equlibreum is off and this is what made you that way!.your inner ear caused it!.take a dramamine tablet,i went on a cruise once and i had that trouble for about two weeks!. you have no sea legs as the sailors woud say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
