Question: Does anyone know an easy way to lose weight!?
I'm not going to go into detail but I've tried a lot of things and nothing seem to work!. Any help will be great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By your screen name I am guessing you like junk food!. So the first way to lose weight is to cut out the junk!. If you have to have it, make it just once a week and only if you ate healthy all week!.

Another thing if you want to lose weight, you must do some form of exercise on a daily basis!. Start with walking and slowly progress to working out!.

I would not say an easy way but with a 4 to 5 days a week routine and some healthy diet habits you can lose about 10 pounds a month!.

Perhaps you could investigate the Atkins diet and a vegetarian diet as they both have a high success rate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
