ok, so I have a friend who is into these "hot Carl" things and I researched it and it says first step is to place seran wrap over someone's face!. Won't tha person sufficate since the seran wrap will cover the mouth and nostrils or do u not put the seran wrap over mouth!? Not sure I'd be mouth breathing during this, but not so sure how it is done!. Anyone willing to walk me thru this please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
