If you are really 2!.5 inches when erect then you may suffer from somthing called a micropenis!. I would go to your doctor and talk to him about it!. But at your age that can change!. lol well asians are known to be small!.!.and if your uncircumsied your gonna look smaller!. but you should grow!. if you dont, or you never do, ask a doctor!. if its 2!.5 inches anyways, i think your fine, as long as your small in body mass, and are young!. if you were older and tall though, that might be a prollem!.
